We were there in time for the Early Bird specials. And, were they yummy! Even better, we had really great desserts. Funny moments- the waiter did not believe my piece of mud pie was big enough, so he had the kitchen DOUBLE it! It was the biggest piece of mud pie that I have ever seen. And, Susan's key lime pie came on the biggest plate we have ever seen. And, Carol's ice cream came in the cutest footed bowl. And, Peggy and Terry's lava cake was definitely chocolate overboard. What a great meal for the last day with the full crew.
So, as I said, it is morning. Susan and Tony are busy packing up. Terry has been up and down the dock.
He even has evidence that he has been on a dock walk- check out the title of the magazine.
And, we think we might have seen a manatee in the water. I have resisted the urge to take a picture of the water and label it as the manatee USED to be there!
The time is fast approaching when some of the crew will go back to Maryland- on a plane. We'll join them, much later. For us, it will be a long journey filled with fun and adventure.
