Fish is REALLY back on the menu!

We had a great day fishing! We not only caught one tuna, we also caught a second tuna AND a Mahi Mahi! For dinner, Carol pan fried fresh filets of Mahi Mahi. Next, we plan to have a lovely dish of poached tuna. Or, we might even have the opportunity to grill that tuna. After all, we are almost to the Bahamas!
