Portsmouth Bound

We awoke to a lovely morning. The sun was shining. The water was almost like glass. No blogs were written. We were busy making blueberry cinnamon rolls.

We pulled up the anchor and headed out at 7:00 AM. It was still so lovely out. It was so lovely that Mike decided to clean the vinyl on the enclosures. And then the clouds came. And it started raining. Not hard. Just enough to wash off the shine. Nothing attracts a little rain like nicely cleaned windows!

Around 2:30 in the afternoon, we reached North Landing in Portsmouth. Bad news for any other boaters headed north- the free pump out is only worth the price this year. It is barely working. However, they still have free water available. We'll move away from the pump out station and dock alongside the sea wall.

We're now docked at Portmouth. Some nice man helped us tie up.
